She, who trained in total self-taught, manages to share energy and poetry through her brushstrokes. Le succès l’a complètement surprise, elle ne s’attendait pas à un accueil aussi chaleureux du public. Une reconnaissance pourtant bien méritée. Poussée par ces commentaires encourageants, elle fait (et remporte) des concours, participe à des salons internationaux…

Catherine Cayssials, fidèle à sa démarche picturale, continue à peindre dans son atelier uniquement les choses dont elle a envie. Pour faire passer les émotions, il faut avant tout que cela lui plaise, qu’elle puisse toujours avoir cette liberté qu’elle chérit et exprimer sur la toile sa vision de la nature. Sous-bois, jardins et fleurs n’ont pas fini de sortir de l’imagination de notre artiste pour nous ravir.

Catherine Cayssials, faithful to her pictorial approach, continues to paint in her studio only the things she wants. To convey the emotions, she must above all like it, that she can always have this freedom that she cherishes and express on the canvas her vision of nature. Undergrowth, gardens and flowers have not finished emerging from the imagination of our artist to delight us.
